Build a career in hospitality with Oriental School of Hotel Management
Oriental School of Hotel Management (OSHM), the one and only
hotel management training institutes in the private sector in Kerala, which
has bagged the Best Institute award from the tourism ministry and approved by
All India Council for Technical Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi, is situated
at Lakkidi, Vythiri in Wayanad district. The campus is spread over 10 acres
of land and the institute block with a built up area of 90,000 sq ft manifests

OSHM has celebrated its 13th annual day on March 31, 2008
and hosted a grand farewell to its 210 passing out students of Hotel Management
and Catering Technology Programme. This institute commenced its operations in
1995 with very few students at Karipur near the Calicut international airport
and within a year's time this institute was shifted to the beautiful Lakkidi
Campus, at Wayanad where the panoramic and the aesthetic structure of OSHM stands
today. The place is blessed with salubrious climate throughout the year and
is an ideal setting for an education. With almost 600 students on its rolls
today, OSHM is one of the highly ranked ten hospitality institutes in the country
as per the ratings done by GHRDC-CSR (Competition Success Review), New Delhi
in the April 2008 issue.
