Hard Rock Intl. In JV To Develop Lifestyle Hotels

Hard Rock International, Inc. announced that Lifestar Hotels LLC has entered into a multi-site agreement with Intrawest Corporation to develop lifestyle Hard Rock Hotels at select Intrawest resorts.

“The announcement of our agreement with Intrawest reinforces our strategic initiative to partner with industry leaders and to facilitate our growth,” said Trevor Horwell, vice president of Hard Rock Hotels.

Hard Rock and Intrawest are finalising specific locations and will announce the first lifestyle condominium-hotel site shortly.

Said Gary Raymond, President and CEO, Intrawest Placemaking. “Our resorts are known for their animated pedestrian villages and a Hard Rock Hotel location will become a central meeting place for all visitors.”
