Culinary Association Of AP Formed

EH&C Staff - Hyderabad

Chefs along with chief instructors and other professionals related to the culinary field in Andhra Pradesh have formed an association called Culinary Association of Andhra Pradesh (CAAP). The objective of the association is to develop a close network among members and integrate for various projects. It would also strive to bring national and international recognition to chefs and budding professionals in the state.

OP Khantwal, executive chef of ITC Kakatiya Sheraton, has been elected president of CAAP.

According to CAAP, the number of members is 40 at present which would go up as more professionals join.
