Agri-Food Tech Expo 2003 To Be Held In Delhi

An event based on food products and food technology Food Tech Expo 2003 is expected to cover a wide range of leading national and international companies in the food industry. The expo will showcase various products and technology and aims to be a perfect platform to showcase expertise in food and food technology.

“Our basic aim is to provide a synergetic platform to showcase expertise in various agro products and food technology. This event will project the advancements made by Indian entrepreneurs and food industry specialists,” say the organisers. Various areas covered in the expo include:

  • Food and agricultural inputs - Fisheries and seafood, marine products
  • Food processing and packaging - Beverages, tea, coffee and soft drinks
  • Dairy products, processing and equipment - Wine, beer and liquor
  • Horticulture and floriculture - Poultry, meat and meat products
  • Bakery and confectionery - Hotel, hospitality, tourism institutes, tourism and services
  • Food logistics - Machinery and equipment
  • Manufacturing technology - Financial and consultancy services
  • Exporters and importers - Associations and chamber of commerce
  • IT and services - Kitchen appliances

Apart from the exhibition, the event will also hold a chef competition as well as workshops by eminent personalities in the food industry. qDate: 26-28 September 2003
