Microtek Launches Digital Inverter With LCD Display

Microtek International P Ltd has launched a new microprocessor controlled digital inverter with LCD Display, making the inverter extremely user friendly. Instead of the usual red and green LEDs found in most conventional inverters, Microtek’s latest inverter with LCD display now actually informs the user in plain English the status of the inverter. Some of the statuses which would be displayed are:

  • Mains normal battery charging
  • Mains normal battery fully charged
  • Inverter on load/ battery normal
  • Overload please reduce load
  • Battery low please wait for AC power
  • AC out of range inverter switched off

In fact, with many more such simple messages, the user is constantly updated with the actual status of the inverter. The product has been designed and developed by Microtek’s highly professional and experienced R&D team, in technical association with Motorola approved design house in Taiwan.

The inverters are designed using world’s latest technologies. Their output is based on TPZi Technology, which eliminates the risk of overheating and helps to maintain the life of the attached equipment, unlike other inverters, which may actually reduce the life of the equipment.

CCRC - Constant and Continuous Regulated Charging - technique used in the battery charging circuit ensures optimum battery charging over a very wide range of input voltage a very essential feature considering the wide fluctuations experienced in the Indian power conditions in various parts of the country. It also saves up to 70 per cent on electricity while charging.

The Intellicharge Pulse Technology charges the battery faster and increases the battery life by more than 70 per cent compared to the conventional inverters. Moreover, the user is freed from the hassles of having to top up the battery at short intervals. The Dura Retain Technology provides long back-up for longer power cuts. The inverter comes with a two year Microtek warranty.
