Bauscher Introduces Trendy Porcelain - Modulus

Weiden-based porcelain manufacturer Bauscher has introduced an extremely trendy porcelain style, Modulus, with young catering establishments in mind.

Modulus is the name of a novel concept with which Bauscher is blazing a trail into the future. Addressing a new catering trend, the product is spirit of time made of porcelain - a marriage of purism and multi-functionality. “It is the answer to current food trends, although it is also suitable for conventional food merely served in a different way. If less is more, then Modulus is plenty,” claim the company officials.

In the case of Modulus the name is embodied in the range. All pieces function like modules, which can be perfectly combined within individual concepts as well as with one another. A wide choice of arrangements is possible to suit one’s your needs and taste:

Size-coordinated angular bowls - ideal for serving all kinds of trend foods at any time of the day. Square bowls or a combination of plates and bowls fit superbly onto the fine wooden showboards in three sizes - perfect for lounging or several persons sharing a dish. The classic B1100 plate collection has been enlarged. Now in four sizes, the plates are of matching proportions and can be put together in endless new combinations.

The set platter will also inspire countless variations in food presentation. A quick breakfast in a small bowl, a coffee cup, a snack on the small plate. Bowls - bowls - bowls - simple, puristic bowls that match everything, not only for soup or salad, but also for dishes of all kinds and sizes.

The porcelain is targeted mainly at new generation of restaurateurs, who are forever searching for new inspirations and fresh ideas. Discriminating taste, variety and creativity are called for here and Modulus more than satisfies these three criteria.
