Dublin, The Irish Pub Turns One

EH&C Staff - Bangalore

Dublin, the suave and trendy Irish Pub at the ITC Hotel Windsor Sheraton & Towers, Bangalore, recently completed its first year of successful operation. The pub said to be the first of its kind in the Indian sub-continent has already flared up the imagination of many a beer guzzlers and has proved to be one of the most popular watering holes in the city. To commemorate the special occasion, Dublin recently hosted one of the biggest bash Bangalore has ever seen. DJ Nasha of Mumbai made the event more memorable through her exhilarating performance.

Says Hari Marar, F&B manager, ITC Hotel Windsor Sheraton & Towers, “It’s been a journey both exciting and amazing. In this one year, the Dublin has already carved a niche for itself, differentiated itself from all its competition and made its own place in the heart of Bangalore’s elite party going crowds. The way it brought the world cup soccer tournament to life for all of Bangalore with gigantic TV screens and wild, fun filled events, earned it the loyal patronage of scores of football fans.”

The thematic pub features one of the biggest bar counters in the city with a total of 29 bar stools designed in typical Irish style and finish. Apart from offering a multiple variety of Irish delicacies and drinks, it is the only pub to have a colour of the day cocktail scheme with eight different cocktails on offer. Such is the prowess of Dublin that the group has already chalked out ambitious plans to extend Dublin to other Indian cities. The group has already successfully launched Dublin at the ITC Hotel Park Sheraton & Towers in Chennai recently.
